Laura works with Boards of Directors and CEOs on their governance journeys. Using a principles-based approach, she works to understand her clients – their mission, history, context, culture and drivers – to support, facilitate, guide and advise them on the governance structures, policies, processes and practices that will work best for them. Laura has over 20 years experience advising and supporting Boards of Directors. In addition, she has served on a number of not-for-profit Boards, chaired Governance Committees, acted as Corporate Secretary to a Board and currently serves as Chair of a not for profit Board.
